Why can't the Safe Mode of PC_Mail be set?

If the administrator has enabled the Safe Mode setting in the backend and it applies to you, the client will enable it by default and gray out the corresponding setting, preventing you from canceling it. If the administrator has not enforced it, you can freely choose whether to enable it.
