What is Email Archive?

Due to the limited space on the mail server, if a large number of emails fill up the space, it will cause emails to fail to send and receive; Email Archive is a feature to free up server space. You can select emails that have been read or processed for archiving. After archiving, you can delete the emails on the server while keeping them locally for easy reference. Currently, Email Archive is only supported on PC_Mail.
