  • No Caller ID pop-up after setup?

If you don't see the Caller ID pop-up after enabling Caller ID, please follow the steps below to enable the floating window permission to resolve this issue (the steps are similar across different phones).

  1. Open System Settings->Application Management->Authorization Management
  1. Open Authorization Management->Application Permission Management
  1. Application Permission Management->Coremail Lunkr->Enable Floating Window Permission
