How to view and delete History Messages?

1. View History Messages: On PC_IM, click "History Records" on the right side of the chat input box. On the mobile terminal, click Chat Details to enter the search History Records interface, where you can view History Records. Viewing History Records by category (such as documents, pictures, etc.) currently only supports PC_IM, Web_IM and Mac_IM.

2. Delete History Messages: The chat data of Coremail Lunkr client does not currently support individual deletion operations because message records are not stored locally. If important messages need to be deleted, please contact your enterprise administrator.
