Can’t receive message reminder?

1. Single discussion, no message reminder

• Mobile terminal: Please open the chat window of the discussion, click on the upper right corner to enter the details page, and check whether the closing notification is set;

• PC_IM: Please open the chat window of the discussion, click the discussion name drop-down, and check whether "Notify me of new messages" is checked in the discussion details;

• Web_IM: Please open the chat window of this discussion, click the drop-down list of the discussion name, and check whether "Notify me of new messages" is checked in the discussion details.

2. Cannot receive all message reminders

• PC_IM: Click More-Settings-System Settings in the lower left corner of the session interface to check whether Do Not Disturb messages is turned on;

• iOS: Please find the application Coremail Lunkr in the iPhone's "Settings" - "Notifications" function and turn on message notifications;

• Android: Please turn on message notifications in "Me" - "Settings";

• Also check whether the network connection is normal.

If you still cannot receive new message reminders after checking the above settings, it may be that your client version is out of date. Please check for updates or re-download the latest version of the client to use.
