What should I do if there is a delay in receiving emails?

If you have configured a Coremail protocol email account that supports real-time email reception, please check whether the real-time reception setting is turned on; if it is turned on, there may be network delays, and you can manually receive emails to temporarily resolve it. If it is not a network problem, please submit a problem report to us in Help and Feedback.

1. If you have configured the POP/IMAP standard protocol, you cannot receive emails in real time. The client uses active requests to obtain emails. If you want a shorter reception time, you can change the reception interval, for example, to 5 minutes.
