The Organization Directory is blank after logging in?

Enterprise Mailbox users will automatically synchronize their organizational structure when logging in. The synchronization process takes about two minutes to half an hour. You can directly close the browser tab or client during the synchronization process and wait for a while before trying to log in again.

If it prompts that synchronization failed, please contact the Lunkr team or customer service, and our technical staff will follow up and solve your problem.
