1. Can sent Red Packets be recalled?

Answer: Once a Red Packet is sent successfully, it cannot be recalled.

2. What payment methods are supported for sending Red Packets?

Answer: Currently only Alipay payment is supported.

3. How are unclaimed Red Packets handled?

Answer: If a Red Packet has not been fully claimed, it will expire after 24 hours. The remaining money will be refunded to the original Alipay account within two days after the Red Packet expires.

4. How to bind an Alipay account?

Answer: Go to "Me" - "Red Packet Center" - "Bind Alipay" to start binding Alipay (Alipay must be installed on your device).

5. What is the Red Packet payment limit?

Answer: Each Red Packet ranges from 0.01 to 200 yuan. There is no daily limit on the number of Lucky Red Packets, Regular Red Packets, and Private Chat Red Packets that can be sent.

6. What should I do if there is a payment error or a problem receiving a Red Packet?

Answer: If you encounter any issues while using Red Packets, please contact lunkrteam@coremail.cn within 7 days for assistance. Money-related services will not be provided after the deadline.

7. What happens if I don't bind Alipay?

Answer: If you do not bind Alipay, you will not be able to send or receive Red Packets, so please be sure to bind Alipay first.
