What are the differences between Coremail\IMAP\POP protocols?

1.Coremail protocol:

It is a private protocol exclusive to Coremail accounts. Through the private protocol, in addition to basic email sending and receiving, compared with other general protocols, it can synchronize the Organization Directory, synchronize schedules, initiate meeting schedules, and support advanced composing features including mass send with individual display, scheduled sending, read receipts, and Self-Destructing Email, etc.

2.IMAP\POP protocol:

The POP protocol allows email clients to download emails from the server, but operations on the client (such as moving emails, marking them as read, etc.) will not be fed back to the server. For example, if two emails in the Mailbox are collected through the client and moved to other folders, these emails on the Mailbox server are not moved at the same time.

IMAP provides two-way communication between the server and the client, and the client's operations are fed back to the server. This means that mail operations on the client will be executed simultaneously on other terminals such as webmail and mobile terminals.
