It may be caused by an abnormality in the installation of Lunkr server or Lunkr software. You can try:
Uninstall Lunkr and re-download the latest version (uninstalling will not affect the data in your account, chat records, files and other data will be retained, please feel free to uninstall);
If reinstallation cannot solve the problem, please contact customer service to report the problem.
